• Hahaha, What a Terrible Movie...

  I just got back from seeing Hellboy II with Drew. I saw the first one and it was medocre, so I expected the same from this. I rarely set my expectations for a movie too high. In fact, I often set them too low so that I can be pleasantly surprised. Hellboy II beat my system. It was very pretty. I can't bash the movie without first admiting that the costumes and design, as well as stunts and special effects were all done very well. But aside from a dose of ADD American "ooh, shiny..." the movie has nothing working for it. The plot, script, acting, and "surprise twists" were all absurd.

  I've got to get to bed in order to avoid another sleep deprived week, so I can't write up a proper review. So in short, I'll just say "Dont' waste your money".

  That $9 could have been my lunch money for tomorrow...
