I have heard so many opinions about all that has happened over the last week,ranging from could we have prevented it...to...we need to bomb them and the all too scary...NUKE EM!! I,as Im sure you could have guessed,always have my own opinions...lol
Alot of people have mentioned that they are waiting for artists(musical)to express how they feel about the events that took place that fateful day. I am interested in hearing some of these also. One band inparticular that Im am VERY interested in seeing how they view this is "Rage Against the Machine"...a very political band in nature. I am not all that political,however I do follow and I will be the first to say that I am NOT the typical patriot as it may seem. I am American and DAM proud of it. I will support the heads of state and President as they make their descisions,I will continue to spend in our economy that desperately needs us to do so at times like these.I will tell you that I do not TRUST the govt. in any way shape or form!! Im not going to point fingers and place blame but I do believe that this could have been prevented. The Govt. tells us what they WANT us to know...not what we NEED to know. Its just to hard to swallow that when the attacks were taking place that all of a sudden alot of our intelligence equipment malfunctioned. It was stated that when they realized the planes were hijacked that a signal went to the defense dept. however they said it went to the wrong dispatch of it. Does this ring any bells to anyone else out there?? I mean arent all the bases intertwined somehow?? Im not a military expert but with all the technology that we have here in the U.S.A. you would think that the message that went to the base(i believe they said 150 miles out of the way)the same message should have been sent to Andrews which is about 15 minutes away from the Pentagon(hopin I named the right base...lol). Things like this ring bells in my head as saying that maybe just maybe they dont want us to know that we fucked up.
The finger has been pointed to Usama Bin Laden.....he is a well known terrorist and it wouldnt surprise me at all that he had something to do with it,however.....could it be possible that perhaps those that have been scorned by Bin Laden could be responsible for this whole thing and made it look like it was him?? I may be talking just for the sake of talking but there are other groups out there. Hell Pakistan alone has what 12 different terrorist bases. Im just saying wouldnt it be a bitch if say someone ELSE did this,made it look like Bin Laden so that we..the U.S.A..the strongest military power,would attack Bin Laden and his troops(wipe em out if you will)and take care of their problem for them. I know that is not just THEIR problem but all of ours that live for freedom...just food for thought. We have so many things to look out for now. We can block our borders(which in my opinion should have been done a long fucking time ago)but hell I have no doubt in my mind that alot of our worries are already here. We can blow the terrorist countries off the map(which although I feel bad for the innocent)I would support. Nukes are not even an option here!! To all those that say NUKE EM I say grow some intelligence...if you think for one second that will not get into our air space you are dead wrong!! Not to mention we would look more evil then we do already to others. I am most worried about chemical/biological warfare. Im sure we all remember what happened to the subways in Japan not too long ago. It wouldnt be that hard to drop some crazy shit into our water supply.Ohio has the 4th largest water supply in the nation,so YES this concerns me!
They say that we are "free" here in the United States...we are to an extent but we will never be totally "free". We are free to fuck up thats about it. Oh now dont get me wrong we are soooo much better off then other countries but freedom as a whole will never fully happen. If anyplace had total freedom it would be CHAOS!! The Govt itsself wouldnt even be needed then and we know that will NEVER happen.
I may have a messed up view to alot of you's but ya know I really dont give a shit...noone is breakin your arm to read this and whether you agree or not this is what I feel.
They want us to go back to "normalcy"..this is pretty much impossible. They want us to spend...spending I will do however I think there will be more spending on gas masks and amunition then the latest clothing fads. Like I mentioned before,I may not agree or trust the govt. but in a time like this I will support them none-the-less.
The only one that I truly trust,besides myself,is the Lord. He is the only one deserving in my eyes.
