on a different note...

Watching the Jerry Lewis MDA telethon yesterday, I was shocked when Jerry Lewis himself came on.  I dont know folks, but the last time I saw Jerry he was a little chubby....not too much, actually looked more like all those years of drinkin had caught up with him; however, when I saw him yesterday on the telethon my first reaction was...

WHO THE HELL IS THIS GUY?? WHAT DID HE DO EAT JERRY LEWIS!!

Jerry looked like he had put on about 150 pounds since I saw him last.  He was out of breath alot, and it had been mentioned that he has a little electrode box (to shock him) for when he is in pain.  What I want to know is this...What the hell is wrong with him??  He also seemed to be alot more emotional this year.  At one point he was singing a song to a little boy with MS...he could barely even sing it he was crying so much.  I also caught a comment he made about that in the last few years they have raised so much money that a cure is inevitable and may be sooner then we think (thank God for that)...but then he said ..."and then folks I will come out to say that this will be the last MDA telethon for me".  I know I prolly read alot more into it then should have been but....JERRY?? ARE YOU DYING??  It made me sad to think of no more Jerry Lewis.  Yah Im a sap...so what .  Its hard enough to find good entertainment these days...let alone GREAT Entertainers.  Yes we do have some funny comedians out there, but none can quite compare to the likes of Jerry and all the late greats like...Walter Mattau, Jack Lemon etc.

So anyways to make a long story short...(yah like thats gonna happen ) Ive decided to give good 'ol Jerry a little tribute today.

Although I wasnt even a wet dream when half of these movies came out...I remember vividly watching the re-runs with my Grandma and Grandpa.  Lets see how many you remember...
