| I'm Back? No, no, I'm not back into Xanga. Just got bored tonight waiting to fall asleep, so I felt like updating.
Maybe one day I'll explain how I've been and what's going on.
Maybe not...

| It's my birthday. Yep. 20. Yep. I'll update later.

| All right, all right, I know. It’s been close to a
month since I’ve written an update. I know, I’m aware of it,
everyone calm down. I’m here, I’m writing to you guys, everything
will be okay from now on. I promise I’ll never intentionally go
this long again without updating. So, for those of you who came
up to me and complained, and left comments, this is all for you!
Now, one might be asking themselves, “What on earth has
Ryan been doing?” Or maybe I’m just an egotistical fool who
thinks people really care about that. Maybe you just got bored
and decided to read something? Who knows, who cares, you’re here,
reading away. What have I been up to, that seems to be the
question. To be completely honest, like I normally am, I have no
idea myself.
You see, here on the Florida WOLBI campus, time seems to
do one of two things: Stand still, or fly by. As of late, it’s
been doing a bit of both, but mainly flying by. Over the past
month, I’ve been involved with various instances. Superbowl in
Orlando, drama team in different cities and churches, collegian’s
practice ended and Sights and Sounds picked up. Classes have been
good and not so good. We’ve had some great speakers and teachers,
and we’ve had some that didn’t really do a job relaying the message of
the book that we were studying.
Like I said a moment ago, we’re currently involved,
heavily, incredibly, extremely involved with Sights and Sounds as of
right now. We have a few more run-throughs then a few dress
rehearsals, then we begin. It’s going to be an exciting couple of
weeks, very tiring, but very worthwhile. The New Yorkers that
have been here have been a blast getting to know. I try to learn
4-5 names a day, and I’m doing fairly well. I know them all by
the time December 12 rolls around, hahaha… That was a joke…
Nevermind…
Anyway, I need to go, hope you all enjoyed a boring and
pointless update. Sleep well, and for those who are working while
we rehearse, you guys deserve a lot more credit than you’re getting, we
need you more than you know. Thanks for serving Christ in serving
the campus. Stay true to His calling everyone.

| Welp, not too much to inform anyone about. It's a
leisurely Monday morning, slowly turning into a hot and humid
afternoon. I suppose I’ll simply update you on the recent events
of my life, nothing special, but here it is anyway:
It turns out that I really don’t lead an exciting life,
but that’s okay, it’s all a matter of perspective. It may not be
too thrilling to some, but I tend to enjoy it. I have good
friends, a wonderful family, a beautiful and loving best friend, who
means the world to me. On top of all that, I have the Savior,
Jesus Christ. Heh, what on earth do I have to complain
about? Yeah, that’s right, nothing, and I couldn’t be happier
about it.
This past week wasn’t too bad. After the weekend, I
pretty much just took it easy. School was okay, we somewhat rushed
through 2 Peter/Jude, so I didn’t get as much as I would have liked to,
but that’s all right. The Calvin and Hobbes strips were quite
humorous. I’m doing fairly well in my classes, could be better,
could definitely be worse.
I went to Riverside yesterday morning, it was all
right. Spent the afternoon doing nothing, which was nice.
Then we went to “Heaven’s Gates Hell’s Flames” that night, and
counseled some folks after they accepted Christ, so that was
neat. Anyway, I’m dying of thirst, and I have schoolwork to
do. I hope you all have a splendid day, and a blessed one on top
of that.

Ryan

| ***EDIT: I removed some pictures because they took up too much page space***
So yesterday was a blast. I had the awesome opportunity to hang out with the sweetest woman I know, not to mention how good she looks. Whoo, but anyway! I haven't updated in a couple of weeks, but I'm not going to bore you with all the stories, so I'll bore you with yesterday.
I went to Clearwater for an Audio A concert, but one of my favorite bands, Sanctus Real, was there as well. Ruthanne took time to drive down and spend the day with me, she's such a blessing. So we went to a church called Riverside. It was okay, nothing spectacular. I'm gonna go to another one or two before I make my decision, so we'll see where God leads me. Afterwards we ate lunch at WOLBI, then went to the concert. It was fun, there were five bands there, and they all stunk it up except AA and SR. After the concert, Ruthanne and I went to Subway, and some other folks went to KFC. Subway tasted mighty good after a long day, mmmmm...
All right, enough chit chat, here are some pics. Oh, and don't ask me why I look like such a weirdo in the picture with Sanctus Real, I reverted back to a 12 year old or something...
Okay, that's it. I'm off to play softball, have a blessed day!
His,
Ryan | | |
