Lady Liberty
(we had to go through an airport style security check to get on the island...stupid)
We went to the Statue of Liberty as part of my last 2 days of freedom before we start working,its a lot smaller than i thought it was..bloody half arsed French
We both got jobs now i'm working in a pub called Mr Dennehys in Greenwich,i'm starting on Wednesday for my training because men drink these things called "cocktails" over here
This is the guy who designed the statue but i think he looks like that old Irish actor who was in Ned Kelly
I'll be working Thursday to Sunday which should be great tips and i'll soon have enough money to take over the world..Gill (and maybe me,if i can get days) will be working in a new bar near Time Square called the Galway Hooker (not a strip club)

I like the photographs. Although I live ridiculously close to NYC, I've never been to the Statue herself.
I'm glad to hear you both have jobs. I hope they go well!
