Tonight for dinner we have a pistachio-encrusted fillet of farm-raised organic salmon on a bed of wasabi-scented sushi rice, with baby lettuce drizzled with aged artisanal balsamic vinegar OR free-range organic vegetarian meal-fed chicken with pureed root vegetables and mesclun salad with an organic truffle-scented hazelnut oil vinaigrette.  Our special cocktail is a saketini made from hand-crafted vintage sake, a whisper of vermouth, and just a small drop of Lucy Liu’s urine, served with an organic baby litchi-fruit garnish, and a demerara-sugared rim.  The saketini may be ordered without the garnish if desired.
