Well Im back.

 

I missed you all so much.

 

I stayed strong and I hope you did as well loves.

 

I also almost made it a whole week without selfinjury.

THEY ARE CRAZY! i change the 200 to 400 soo i have 400 400's for 2 days but i mean i am really careful like breakfast-apple 64 cals

lunch-apple 64 cals

         animal crackers-130 cals

Dinner-Salad-15 cals

           dressing-90 cals

           Diet coke-0 cals

so i  have this sorta planned out!
