Photos!
Like I promised a while ago, I finally uploaded my photos. The first set I am posting here is our Easter dinner. Traditionally, we go to my brother and sister-in-laws house for Easter and have a light dinner and watch the kiddos hunt for eggs in the back yard (like Beth Moore said, you can have an Easter egg hunt and love Jesus too!) however my parents abandoned us this year and went on a three week trip to the South for a ministry they are involved in and we were all on our own. At first I was, admittedly, bummed about not spending the holiday with my family, however the more I thought about cooking a traditional Easter dinner for my husband, the more I got excited!

I started making a menu and planned out a dinner of ham, cheesy potatoes, bread machine rolls, and deviled eggs. I thought about more food I could prepare, but I remembered that it was just the two of us and I didn't need to prepare a feast for 20.
Our Easter morning started out really nicely. We relaxed with coffee in the morning before church then came home and started to prepare for our dinner. I set the table up nicely and even bought three bunches of daffodils that were on sale at Vons for $1.00 a bunch!
Here are the individual items I prepared for dinner:
The Ham:

The Potatoes (Recipe to come soon!)

The Deviled Eggs

The Bread Machine Rolls:

Here is a Photo of the Whole Spread

So there you have it. My first experience at a full on traditional (well, in my family) Easter dinner. We both had fun putting everything together! Eric even made some "California Style" sweet tea to go along with it!
