I figure I should post real quick since I won't have time later today.
It's raining. Hard. Lots of opportunity to burst into song!
"Don't know whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy there's no sun up in the sky, Stormy Weatherrrrrr! Since my man and I aint togetherrrrr, it's raining all the tiiiiiiiiiime!"
Except today I'm feeling perkier, so I'm more in favor of, "I'm siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiinging in the rain! Just siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiinging in the rain! What a glooooooooooorious feeling, I'm haaaaaaaaaaaaaaappy again!"
I like to be in a good mood on a rainy day. You can appreciate it all so much better! And puddle jump! And things!
But today I won't get much chance to puddle jump, 'cause Erin and I are beginning our move-out process.  I can't believe the time has come for moving out already! But Saturday we officially leave our Tree House apartment for good and all. My how time flies!
And at the same time, it crawls.
But it's all for the best.
Today I feel as though a weight has fallen from my shoulders. It's amazing what giving sin over to God can do for the spirits! Especially sin that you've clung to as a "right" for far too long!
And thank God for friends who, even indirectly, point out the ugliness of your sin so that you realize how much you need to turn back to Him! |
