Yeah, he's pretty fucking cute. His name is Jazz--we have a hard time calling him that, though. We're itching to know if he'll actually be a permanent fixture here or not, because if he is: he's getting a name change. May be Hamilton instead of Aaron Burr.
More Pictures:
Also, it's spring. Which means snakes are out and flowers are blooming. The last picture is for reference in a few short weeks it'll be a cover of roses. I'll take pictures then, I promise.
Oh, and peonies! I can NOT wait until mine bloom (probably next month).
Adorable!
what a gorgeous little fuzzbucket!!
cuuute little guy. I like aaron burr, myself. how's he adjusting to the change?
we haven't seen snakes yet, it hasn't really been warm enough. I like all the snakes that aren't rattlesnakes, and we get some big 'uns around here.
UGH, snakes. I'm petrified of one day seeing a snake outside in my yard! We live in town so that is somewhat unlikley though. Your puppy is cute! Looks like he's full of mischief!
Love that picture of the two mutts together...so cute I could die. The blooms there are so gorgeous...the lilacs are just barely starting to bloom here, a few of the blooming trees have made an attempt (but the high winds blew off most of the flower)...I'm getting impatient!
I freakin' love that dog. I WANT A DOG!
::slams head on keyboard and cries::
the dogs are adorable!!!!!!!!! and the flowers..wow. it seems so idyllic. but the snakes..will scare me silly. i touched a snake before..but that was with an animal trainer. they feel really cool (temperature wise).
ryc: its so hard. i feel like if i dont work crazy now..then what if i need money later and there are no hours at work..always worrying not having enough. and we are in some financial stress at home..ie we dont have money. so i dont know..i am so worried. and i feel bad even whining cuz you work waaaaaaaaay more hours than i do.
Dude! What kinda snake is that??? Is it poisonous? If it's not I totally want to hold it!
And, oh yeah, I'm going to make it out there next week if that might work for you? That puppy needs smoochin'! I'm totally serious!
Crazy skies today huh?
Gopher Snake!!? I can hold those! :)
@AtomBlonde - next week: Can we play it by ear? I'm working like 90 hours a week. This month is bad. But I'd totally love having a visitor that I like. Rather than catering to a bunch of visitors I don't know. And may not like.
That's just a regular old bull snake (or yes, gopher snake), and yes you can hold em. We actually do a lot of that around here. He or she is very pretty though, must've just shed its skin.
OUCH! Work sucks! Yeah we can play it by ear...you tell me when a good time is for ya...I know how work throws a wrench in things. I just got MAJORLY excited, by puppies and snakes and flowers, and you! :)
Be careful naming the poor thing Hamilton in an area where dogs are not necessarily rowed to Weehawken before being shot.
He is so adorable! I think Hamilton is a great name, he looks like one. Definitely does not look like a Jazz. That should be a girl Chihuahua name or something. If I had the space I'd definitely be looking into one of those dogs.
