Does this picture describe your job environment?

If so, then maybe it's time to move up the management ladder and stop taking crap from management.

If you can't move up, then maybe it's time to move out. It's completely your choice. Or go on living like that until your retirement. And when you do live like that until retirement, then you literally are "full of crap".
