The population is back to normal in my household.  All is well with the world.

I've been vaguely trying to lose weight ... so I went out to pizza last night and fried chicken today.  This is probably not helping.     I've also drunk about a half-gallon of Kool-Aid today.  I got Cool Color Change Kool Aid (or somesuch) and it was pale orange powder ... turned disgusting green ... tasted like strawberry.  The green looked better once it was totally stirred and had enough water, but the whole process certainly messed with the kids' heads.  Nate decided it was Polyjuice potion from Harry Potter when it was the icky color.  He wanted me to put an Andrew hair into it so we could have 2 Andrews.  I said "Eek!"  Then we had a whole discussion about how silly I'd look in my dress, so I'd have to go put on Andrew's clothes.  "Mom, you can't wear my underwear, I'm too short!"  Such an interesting perspective this kid has.  Heehee.
