The calm before the storm...

Another sunday has passed....how different this sunday has been compared to the previous one...but we can't have it all can we? tuesday's a public holiday! woohoo!! then chinese new year at the end of the month!! double woohoo!!!

but these holidays come at a price correct? indeed it does...yum yum jum jum time flies...wat to do...dr chan, if u come across my page...i have a bad triglyceride count *hope i got the spelling correct*...give me some advice!!!and when i say bad i'm near double the amount i shud have so kindly advise ur dear friend here before u attend his funeral haha *touches wooden table*

i have decided to eat healthier and...TRY to exercise hehe...perhaps sign up for some healthy activity later on? shall put that into consideration no doubt...F.I.R - wo men de ai is an addictive song....many of u might ask what F.I.R stand for...it's Finny, Ivan and Rajan  a new hot malaysian band!!! and they sing chinese songs!!! double cun rite!

and i have a new found addiction to ruffles!!!ruffles rocks my world!!!does it rock urs? if it doesn't then u prolly wun have too bad a triglyceride count...carl's juniorrrrr arghhhh all these man made horrors!!!
