| | Ahhh what a weekend!
I love my mom…for the most part and most of the time…but she’s a rare women! This happens every single time before a vacation, a holiday, and some parties…mostly anything that involves preparation my mom goes physco! Literally! She usually spends the next couple of days to a week going to bed at 2 sometimes 4 in the morning and then waking up at 5 maybe 6 in the morning basically she gets horribly overtired. Then regardless of how much sleep she gets or doesn’t get…she yells and gets cranky with EVERYTHING! I can’t even get into how horrible it is but like I said she gets completely physco!
So graduation is coming up…and I thought she’d usually go into physco stage around Monday or so….no…caught Allegra completely off guard and started physco stage Saturday!!!! Ahhhh! So then when mom goes physco, dad walks around like a lunatic and Sara and I are usually left to fend for ourselves…so I decided this physco I’m just going to stay out of it and leave the two “adults” to be crazy together! The only problem is when their craziness interferes with me!
EX A: This weekend!
This weekend my plans were Saturday around 3ish we ,family and I, would get to go to Matt’s eagle scout award ceremony and party and then go to Megan Hall’s party. Well was I wrong…Saturday day morning I tell my which I thought was clear that I would be staying over at Megan, ” NO no no!” she says “As soon as Megan’s party is over you are coming home and cleaning!” Had she not been physco and likely to tear me to pieces I would have fought back, but considering her present state I just replied “okay!” and walked away. So 3:45 comes around and mom is still dusting and smelly! Finally after dad made her stop she starts changing and saying “Gosh we’re going to be late!” and blames it on Sara and I. Whatever! So we go to the award ceremony, actually not late and sit through that! Then there was a light refreshment thing, and mom talks, and it’s around 5:30ish. We finally leave that and here comes another curve ball and mom says “Okay let’s go home quick and change and then go over to the Baccalaureate service!” WTF! So we change…I don’t argue and mom starts with “Sara will only graduate once and you owe it to her to be there” and then we arrive. At this point I’m thinking well by the time the service is over I can still make some of the party and it won’t be that bad! Get called twice while at the service by two different people saying where are you? So I only got to talk to one and I told her I’ll be there sometime, still thinking I could make it. After the service mom talks, with some pushing she finally finishes and as we’re walking out she says, “Well I guess it’s time to go to the Greene’s after party!” WWWWTTTFFFFF! So I sit, they drive, we arrive at Matt’s house! Mom in the car says “oh we’ll only stay a half and hour!” And it’s now 9ish! So I figure I can at least make it to the last little bit and say my apologizes! Mom talks! I’m sandwiched on a couch look at Israel pictures with Matt and Caity and mini pickles on the floor doing acrobatics. So get in the car…pray…look at the clock…it is 10:15! Ughhhhhh! Parties over at 10! Didn’t make it…
So that is my sob story of the weekend…so now I’m afraid to talk to Hallz because she had this hardcore “wow so yeah i found out who were really my friends and who really could give 2 shits about me so w/e not my loss...” and now I’m dreading telling her my sob story tomorrow and then trying to ease in a “I’ll take ya to lunch over the summer, my treat!” Ugggghh I feel bad!
Well hope your weekends were lovely! On to studying for final #2!
...and now i'm not sure if Terin is not talking to me or just away...AOL really needs to invent a detailed description of where someone is so you can figure these things out! HA ha ha!
