Perspective
Perspective is just one of those things that makes life interesting. Have you ever tried thinking about what you're doing or going through today would look like in a flashback in a movie about you looking back over your memoirs?
It really puts the day in a different light and kind of makes life amusing.

I have thought that actually. Quite a bit in the past year and a half... hasn't helped me. It's odd to think about the fact that most of what I'm currently doing, I'm not going to remember. All the little details in life? They're going to get glossed over. The pain I've dealt with? Well, that's going to stay for a while longer. It's more vivid in my memory.
