Kerry Out
Perhaps surprising, perhaps not, Sen. John Kerry (D-MA) will not be running for the Presidency in 2008 according to a New York Times article. Kerry, who at one point considered a second run almost certain, would have faced a far greater challenge in securing his party's 2008 nomination with Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-NY), Sen. Barack Obama (D-IL), and former Sen. John Edwards (D-NC), among others, in the running. In addition to many in his party blaming him for the 2004 loss to President Bush, he also hurt his prospects with a "poorly stated joke" that disparaged the American troops in Iraq.Posted by D. Price

I am pretty surprised that he isn't going to go for it again. As for Hillary, and Obama I seriously hope that one of them tanks like Dean did.
Any news on Republican nominees?? Maybe Ryun for President 08'?? I think any of the three would do...
