  • McCain v. Roe

JohnMcCain In a campaign stop in South Carolina this weekend, Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) told attendees that he believes Roe v. Wade (1973) should be overturned.  These comments are quite different than his 1999 stance when he opposed any changes to the Supreme Court decision.  McCain was part of a group of 35 Senators to sign a letter asking President Bush to veto any changes to current pro-life law.

    I hate spineless political flipfloppers.

This is a man who regularly votes against the fma, he has no basis to claim to have a reversal on pro-family issues.

One question can anyone name me one potential SCOTUS nominee McCain could nominate who would both uphold McCain/Feingold and bring down Roe? You can't, that's why he can't be allowed to occupy the presidency.
