Its been way too long again... The time is flying by. Things are getting back to normal in the sense that I have gotten caught back up around the house (sorta )

Joe hired 2 wonderfull workers to staff the office here, and he hired 1 for in Ottawa, he still needs 1 more for Ottawa. We were all set to go last week for a few days, I was signed up for Spouse orientation but a good friend of ours who was a campaign chair and a HUGE supporter of Joes, also a very good friend, passed away last week, so we cancelled our Trip to Ottawa. He was 57 and way to young

The cabinet minister that lost to Joe is not being very nice... He posted a note on his office door saying "Office closed, call Joe Preston At home" And he left our home number for all to see.

HOW PROFESSIONAL!!

I also was doing by annual "Pool Sitting" these past 3 weeks and watering her plants... While I neglected my own lol!! They are back to normal now and with all this heat we have been getting they really need a good drink every day.

I need to go now and get caught up some more around here... I say it every time *sigh* but I'll try to come back here more often.

Mr Knutson needs to grow up. That's tacky and childish.. especially coming from such a (formerly) high ranking politician.

I hope you and Joe will enjoy his term. I would not be happy with the outgoing candidate who posted your home number on his door!

I am sorry to hear about your friend's death. 57 is very young. We are at the age where we are beginning to see some young deaths among our friends, too. Makes you think.

too bad about the outgoing MP. Goes to show that now all adults are adult. Sorry to hear about your friend's death. Such things are supposed to be "part of the routine" but the pain and loss just aren't easy to deal with. Love the title! spouse orientation sounds painful.

I am sorry, however, to hear of the passing of your friend. At only 57, he was still very young. Ity is truly a shame: please accept my sincere condolences and sympathies.
