Hi Everyone, Its a beautifull sunny day here, a lil cold but I'll take it! I'm itching to get out in the garden. I was out there the other day and it was so hot, today I'm afraid I'll be too cold lol!

We actually have stuff coming up, but I think I lost some stuff too... not sure if it was the brutal winter or what but its exciting to see just what there is.

We lost a big branch in that ice storm a couple of weeks ago, and they came to cut it down along with another dead tree that I've wanted out of there for ages.

So now... I'd like to replace the empty spot with another tree but have to decide what kind of tree is best.

I'll try to get some crazy critter cat pics soon, its been a while since I've taken any and I've missed some great opportunities lol!

Adam was home for the weekend and we had a bbq on Saturday night and a turkey and a ham on Easter Sunday... too much food lol. I'm sure hes in mourning now b/c his beloved leafs are out of the playoffs, sorry Adam

Well thats it for now, I must get going on something around here... maybe even get outside for a while.

I know what you mean about itching to be outside. The weather here, in Tennessee, can't make up it's mind. Still a bit cool for shorts!

We're still eating off the Easter ham. I think today we'll try to finish it up.

I think it's fun deciding on new trees and plants, etc. I like flowering trees or ornamental trees. Something that doesn't require a lot of leave raking in the fall, too

Our grass is green, but so far no flowers. We have birds on the bird feeders, though.

I hope that by now you are having lovely weather. It's been beautiful here. I planted some mums today, and I'm getting my sweet peas started this afternoon. Isn't spring the best?!?
