Its a gorgeous and sunny day here, and not too cold, I should go and refill the birdfeeders since all the birds seem to be back and the feeders  have been  emptied.

All the feeders are in perfect view for the cats, but not to close to scare the birds. They love to sit there and watch the birds. We've had Chickadees, Jays, House Finches,  Juncos, Nuthatches, of course Morning Doves, and all different kinds of Sparrows. They don't make too much of a mess b/c the ground feeders usually clean it up lol!

The chipmunks and squirrels are in  the feeders they can access, right up on  the deck... What Nerve!

The cats flip out when they see the chipmunks, and there are a few of them. My daughter counted 4 of them one day.

Some people think they are cute, but they are starting to get on  my nerves LOL

Have a great day everyone!!

Little Fella, the indoor/outdoor cat has caught many chipmunks. Some I have helped escape, others, well it was too late. They are cute, but after one got in the house recently, and I had to tear up a room to get him, suddenly, they weren't as cute as Chip and Dale would have us believe.

Aww..chipmunks are cute:)  We used to have two that lived in our parent's garage.  My Mom hated them.  I named them Chip and Dale of course.  Have a great day!

I had a bird feeder once and that bird that came to eat was soooo messy, he dropped all his food and I had weeds growing in my flower bed cuz of him. But I loved watching from my dining room table.

They are soooooo cute but can be very annoying. I have a couple squirrel feeders and love them. I have them in the front yard and feed the birds in the back. But they always manage to find it.

My cats love to watch the lizards and the squirrels.  The kids' gerbils are another favorite.  I wish I was so easily entertained... Oh, wait, I am

My mom and dad have critters that come right onto the back patio and help themselves to the food in the feeders. Dad even sheltered them for the blue jays and the chipmunks.

I haven't seen a single one since we moved out in the country! Weird isn't it! My cats have been going nuts over the falling leaves! They spend their morning trying to break the windows to get at the ones that fall against the window.

Survivor is way boring this time around. I usually watch only a few minutes of it each week to see who gets voted off.

Love the chipmunk pic! The squirrels get into our bird feeders too. It upsets my husband, but I figure they need food too, and I do not begrudge any little animal some food.
