It has been helpful to do a weekly moral inventory. The review and re-emphisis of what is important in life is time well spent. Most of life is dedicated to worldly focus but Sunday morning has been a good time to consentrate on spiritual values and meditate on God's principals. Lifting the spirit above the daily struggle for survival is a inspiring excersize. Freeing the spirit from earthly bonds to seek His will requires focus, effort and consentration. Listening for His quite voice requires stopping worldly noise and seeking his nearness. There He can be found, waiting for us to seek Him, greeting us with His warm embrace.
