Memories(?)

   Once in a while someone will say something in a meeting that brings back memories from my drinking days that makes me shiver and shake my head in terror and disbelief.

   I was sent to Toledo for three day product training school. I made drinking friends, of course, and somehow we found our way to a country music club. They had a mechanical bull. I was standing by the pit watching people ride the bull and decided to take a turn. I signed the injury waver and got on the bull. That was the last thing I remember. I must have blacked out, got a concussion or both. Mercifully, my memory of the rest of the evening was erased. I woke up the next morning alone in my hotel bed sick with an exceptional hangover. But no broken bones,  thank God!
