I just got back from the gym... yep, right smack dab in the middle of the day. I'm trying to use my lunch hour at least 3 times a week to get in about 45 minutes of cardio. It's working out pretty good.
But..... I'm still tired. I was tired all day yesterday and ended up taking a nap after work. Chris woke me up when he got home around 6 so we could work out. Being stiff and tired is not a good combo, but I got through it. And it helped me to have enough energy to clean up my train wreck of a house. :) Just have floors to do tonight, and then I will have some scrappy time... or work on Willow's birthday time. :)
And two brand new magazines will sit untouched for another day. :)

That's a good idea - working out at lunch. I can never find the motivation after I get home from work.
Good for you! Wish I could workout at lunch... there's no where close enough that I could go to and have time to get there, workout, shower and drive back. Keep it up... every little bit helps and those midday workouts will really add up!!
