• Hey bangas

  Boy looking at the dates it has been a while hasn't it..lol.  Guess cause there is nothing much going on here and coming on to say "hey I am alive" was kinda sad.  Not that I am alive...lol, just dull boring life I guess.

  Nothing much as I said has been going on, my Nelly is growing like a weed, she is so bad. You know you wait for the day when they can speak, so they can say mama or dada or in my case godmommy, then when it all comes out, you are wondering what the hell was I thinking.  How can I get this kid to shut up?  She is talking about everything.  She was by here the other day, I swear if I had heard her say why before the beginning of a sentence one more time, her next question would have been "Godmommy, why are you about to jump off that ledge."

  The kids are doing great, Stephanie ( my diva) is going to school and working.  Jeff and Sean are still in school.  My baby girl Jen is back on the job hunt, but she is doing great.  My Jeff Jeff will be 18 soon.  I think where the heck do the years go.  I can still remember bringing him home.  I was thinking to myself I am getting so old.  Then I was like nahhhh, they are.  They say you stop growing at 21 or so..so I figure at the age you stop growing you should stop aging also, and I have been this height, we not going to discuss size...lol, since I was about 18 or 19...so gosh I am so young to have such old children, hell one is older than I am.

  I was sitting her the other day and one of my most glorious children noticed, I had a grey hair....now to a normal person they would go oh my god you have a grey hair and let it go, not my kids this is public record for those that don't know they need to know.  So I think it was Stephanie, I know it was the one with the biggest mouth, then come jen and then the rest.  So thanks to their keen eyesight they found 3 more, so that is 4 in total.  The old jokes started and my youngest boy said, Mommy you have nothing to be stressed over why you have grey hair.  I thought to myself nothing to be stressed over, so I named the hairs, can you guess the names.......that's right , Jennifer, Jefferey, Stephanie and Sean.  Think this would discourage them, noooooo all they did was debate on which one caused the longest one, which showed me they are nuts and that I need my hair trimmed. 

  It is 2008..wow. Makes you wonder where and the heck the years go.  I remember thinking as a child no one would get to see the year 2000 cause there would be no such thing.  Then hearing Prince singing 1999, like 2000 was gonna be a big wow.  Party like it is 1999, he said.  Hell I partied like it was 1998 and it was all the same...lol.  Being in Manhattan I had friends ask me did I go out and see the ball drop.  I was like no, they said why not I would be out there all the time every year.  First it is cold as all get out, second if you watched it on tv did you see all those people.  When most think about it they think of the excitement and the noise and the celebration, being from here I think of all the people, the noise and the trying to find a train or a bus to get home.  Can you picture all them people in a subway...good lord.  But I guess for those that don't live here and even some that do it is pretty cool.  Would hate to be the sanitation company that cleaned up all that confetti and crap, but I guess the pay would be good. 

  I spend most of my time writing now, not to good at it but puts my mind to ease and maybe with that and some Dark & Lovely  I can keep the grey's to a minimum. 

  Well Bangas that is the gist of it for me.  Hi hope all of you had a pleasant Holiday, that Santa was good to you and the New Year brings you nothing but joy and happiness.
