  • It seems like I blog about ABL all the time now, but each day is so different!

Today was kinda ok. We dressed up for our campus tour. lol. There's like 50 people walking around the school with our business attire. Haha. I was asking really good questions, but the girl didn't know the answers. >.> I asked her if they count the GPA as weighted or unweighted and she didn't know.

The dorms are REALLY nice. They're apartment styled homes. It ISN'T co-ed. You CAN choose your dormmate if you turn in things on time. :D It is $450 per person if you have a dormmate. $650 if you live by yourself. You can't declare your major until two years later. The nurse major is impacted. Well, there's some information if you'd like to check out Cal State LA. :D The tour was way more informational than UCI. Oh yea, they don't have a football OR wrestling team. They have soccer, baseball (for guys only), volleyball, track and field and.. yea I guess two more.

We got our photo IDs. The picture is ok. lol. I tilted my head up again so it looks like my driver's license. lol. Except, the color is brighter and clearer! :D We also took this picture for our portfolio. I remembered to tilt my head back down. Haha. We wrote our final business letter today. It took me three tries to get everything perfect. Hm..

Oh yea!! We got our binders today. From afar, the first two days, the binder on the desk looked like two inches. I'm like not that bad. Why are they saying it's four inches. I thought they were kidding. Well, they finished assembling it yesterday and we got our own copies. It IS four inches. It is as wide as a newspaper and as thick as four inches, no kidding. Filled with paper of course. The fifty binders came on a cart, boxes as high as seven feet. It's purty heavy..

It took me forty minutes to get to school today. I was scared I was gonna be late. There was a car crash either on the 710 or the 10 ahead of me because I was like gas, brake, gas, braking constantly. As I left, there was traffic already! I felt horrible cuz my feet's blistered up and stuff, so I drove to Starbucks.. I exited the wrong exit. -_- I drove a circle just to go back to Starbucks. When I entered in the lane, there was a truck, but I saw he was far away, but I guess he wasn't by the time I entered cuz he was right behind me. He changed lanes and I decided to speed it up since the lane's clear ahead of me. I reached like almost 80, and I still see the truck right next to me. I slowed down since there's a car ahead of me now. I slowed down, and the driver in the truck deliberately was trying to cut me! I realized that he was only driving next to me so he can speed up and cut me. >.>

Now I have two sections to read and at least 70 pages to read before Sunday night.

Bye, I'm off to Vegas tomorrow morning.

  • Oh yea my twitching went away on Monday. Haha. Lesser computer, lesser anticipation = relief. :D

Ok so, ABL's pretty cool. Strangely, I feel more alive waking up at 5:50 AM than at the usual 6:40 AM for school. I arrive at Cal State LA at 7:30, 7:40 at most. Way before class starts. Anyway, we got put into groups. My business partners are cool. Uh, one's graduated and got into UC Irvine. Another's going to 8th grade. Another girl goes to Gabrielino, but she lives in El Monte. Really close to me. She went to Columbia. And another girl went to some private school but moved to Alhambra High second semester this year. Hm.. Uh, she knows, remembers? Jordan. Haha.

My Stock partners, again, is that girl from Alhambra. Um.. Another gradauted from Temple City High and will attend Cal State LA in the fall. The other I don't know much about. She says she's not going to be there tomororw. Haha.

I hope these people don't think I'm weird when I'm blogging about them.

I've really grown to the point where I'd meet a person and I'd forget all about him/her. That's horrible. I didn't even know most of the people in my English class. I didn't care to. Now, I'm forced to know these people. I guess it's good.

We're supposed to write a Thank You letter for each guest we meet. Uh, that's a lot of people, but I guess it's good practice. There are a lot of people who talk talk talk talk talk and talk and talk and talk and get off topic and won't stfu! But it's ok! I guess.

We're talking about stocks and he'd raise his and ask about bonds. Wtf.

Parking permit was $60. Well, I don't friggin know. I wrote my first check yesterday. I might get reimbursed for it because the guy asked for the receipts back. Hm.. I'm still confused on that issue.

Tour of Cal State LA tomorrow. I'm kinda tired now. I'm technically 12 chapters behind on Pride and Prejudice. I want to finish the book before the 11th--18th the latest.. I would have more time thinking abuot the essay and stuff.
