  • Some hopeful things have happened, nothing drastic... but glimmers that are keep us keeping on.
    I am grateful.
A couple more from my garden yesterday...

I have purple issues.  Similar to the green issues I had several years ago.  Everything is purple if I have the choice at all.
    Any shade will do.
Ed is painting our master bedroom and bathroom are being painted the best red ever, with a pale lavender.
Sounds horrendous, but it works quite nicely actually.  I intend to include deep purple accents.

    I just love tendrils.
Even the sound of the spoken word "tendril" feels like poetry.
Bad photo (it is difficult to get the slim little suckers in focus), beautiful tendrils.

I pray for relief in Myanmar and China and all the other places where of such recent destruction.  I wish governments would back off and let the supplies and relief, for what it is worth at this point, get through to the people.
May we all live to see a world where no one goes hungry or thirsty, or lives in filth because of geography and politics.
    Good night.

Aren't tendrils just the best thing ever! Next to tomatoes of course.

Thank you for the sunshine and the color. I swear, winter simply won't end here!

By the way, I have orange issues. My mother has purple issues. I like to buy her flowers and candy and gifts ... and if there is a choice that is purple, I always default. Life is in the details. My siblings don't play to her purple obsession, which I think is ridiculous. Why not have fun with it?

The photos of the pansies are so pretty. I really liked the red one you took a photo of the other day, don't know if I said that already or not. :]

I hope we can see pictures of your new red walls! I painted the walls in my room purple the summer before my freshman year. It was a big accomplishment, and I've finally learned to ignore the little mistakes (ceiling splotches) I made.

I like the combination of green and purple!

Your photos delight me endlessly, Jenny. Take my breath away they do! Thank you for that. And tendrils delight me too!

Throwing my prayers in with yours. XOXO

    Love

I agree on TENDRILS... another word I just love the sound of and even feels good in my mouth is MARMALADE...  thought I was the only weird one ! LOL

as always, love love love your photography -  have you considered having rotating photos of yours framed and available for sale/photo cards for sale at your coffe place?? I think that would be a terrific fit and a wonderful gift for folks coming in to access.

    love and peace, Dar

Yanno whut?  You should print some of the better pics you take -- and --

    *reads up*

Yeah.  It's already been suggested.  But I was also going to suggest selling poster sized ones, and using them to decorate the walls of your shop.  In fact, you could have local artists hang their stuff too ... rotate the gallery.
Have little shows -- make 'em invite their friends and BUY coffee.  Lot's of it!

(Don't forget to have a smoking section outside ... for me.)
