Happy Mother's Day

Happy First Angel Day, Jordan

I've spent so much time this week, looking back... remembering.  Jordan would be 1 today.  Walking, talking, playing... Sweet little Angel... I hope you are having a fun day in Heaven!!!  Love you bunches!

Friday, I went to a Mother's Day program that Emily's class had... it was so great.  They did such a good job!  And Em spoke so clearly and even loud enough!  She wrote me the cutest poem too...

"I think you are so fine. I think you're divine.  You are so nice.  I could sit on a bucket of ice.  You are fun like the sun. You like flowers that give you power." - Emily

I missed her Mother's Day Program last year (my mom went instead)... looking back ... last year, I'd gone to the hospital that morning, to have them induce. 

Bob got my swing for me.. a 3-person A-frame-type-but-not-quite ... I wanted it so I could easily and comfortably sit outside and nurse and watch the kids play and the grass grow (ok, the weeds!).  Now, for Father's Day, I'm wanting to get him a Hammock.  I've had this "vision" for so long of him laying in a hammock, bare chested, with a baby laying on his chest, in just a diaper... Funny thing is, I always invisioned the baby as a boy... and it will be.  :-)

Cassy got me, as a surprise yesterday while doing our Mother's Day shopping for other mother's, a little container filled with blue sand... when you turn it over, the sand filters through, and 3 dolphins appear.  It was so very sweet...

Happy Mother's Day, Moms and Moms-to-be. Nothing greater in the world, than to be a mother.
