  • Let's play "What Position is the Baby In?

As an added bonus, I'm in my new yellow pants.

1 - Big solid lump.  Feels like ds's butt did.  It flexes up into my ribs and hurts.
2 - Kinda feels like hands.  But sometimes it'll *really* get me a little further south and stop me in my tracks.
3 - Same thing as 2, really.  I think I got carried away with numbers.
4 - Have no clue.  Sometimes it's a big lump like ds's legs/feet were, sometimes it feels like a butt (maybe even head) lump.  Other times I know it's definitely feet/legs.
5 - Feet of some sort.  Maybe arms.  Who knows.  Sometimes the kicks hurt.
6 - What I think is a head - I've felt hiccups twice down there today, and several previous times.  I also feel little hands, like they're tickling me.
When I lay on my right side, I'll get kicked/punched at #2 *and* #5 - on both of my sides.
I also get random kicks/punches right in the middle.  See why I'm a smidge confused?

So, what position is this bean in?
Am I just growing a really flexible acrobat?
Or is there more than one?
Midwife said bean was probably breech, but I just had hiccups in my pelvic bone this morning and afternoon.

Oh, and isn't the blurry toddler cute?  He kept wanting to be in on whatever I was doing.

I made apple pie today.  For the first time *ever*.
While going through the upstairs freezer I found a few things that needed to be used up, including a pie crust my mom had made a while ago.  And I had apples that needed to be used up.  It's yummy.  Flaky crust and everything.

It's not picture perfect, but neither am I.

I really don't remember being this sluggish with ds.  I really don't.  But I still have to do laundry, cook, clean, shop, entertain, etc. rather than just crawl into bed and ignore the outside world.  I get dizzy and a little winded just standing at the stove stirring.  I had to chop the apples sitting down.  Too bad ds isn't to the point where I can leave him to his own devices.  Crap, 2-3 more months of this.

Oy, more IL crap.  I swear we're going to have to put them in our basement in 10-15 years.  Possibly with shackles, who knows.  Or even just have them camp out in the backyard.  Dh was just telling MIL how to open a freaking checking account in her own name because I'm sure FIL's been spending money he shouldn't be.

the baby is stll small enough to be able to move around in different positions so he/she may not be the same everytime.

I'm not nearly experienced enought to be able to figure that out without the help of a good book and actually feeling your belly! hahaha but it think where the hiccups are there the head be! =D

    love the pants!

Yeah, I know the babe's still small, but when I feel the head in my pelvis (6), the butt in my ribs (1), kicks and punches on both sides (2, 3, 5) it's odd.  In my head, the only way that could really happen is if the kid can do a 360 at it's waist or something, or it has an extra set of legs or arms on its back.  Maybe I'm just on crack.
