Poise Complete Project Still Paralyzed

SETENA has been full of surprises lately.  Could it be that it is tightening down?  About a half hour ago I received SETENA Resolution #1904-2006-SETENA.  In it they re-confirm the paralyzation of the Poise Project until the Aguirre Prosecutor's Office finishes its investigation and releases the file.  So, for neighbors and frequent beach goers, the ugly construction I mentioned in an earlier post (the one right beside Jokongale on the way down to Playitas) remains suspended and there should be NO WORK ON THE SITE.  If you see any work, please report it to FCR at 224-5703 or monotiti@racsa.co.cr and we will notify the proper authorities.  Remember, the key to stopping illegal deforestation is to make sure that "developers" ask for permission instead of forgiveness.  Matt
