Summer Time
Summers here and the big break from school has finally made it. And as most college students go home this might just be what you get.
Yes I found this funny!! Hope all have a great summer no matter where you are. Remember He is Faithful!

I'm on top of the job thing! Hopefully it will last for more than the summer! Today was a better day at work, thanks for praying. Of course it helps when half of the tough kids are gone today, and the other half leave early!

Yup, I know my summer job. I'm gonna start a fishin' show and call it Grabbin' with Grampy!
And first Guess fisherman will be MRCDM to show us the ART of how it's done! 
LOL Summer is really busy around here for us (yeah like the rest of the year isn't ).

We farmed when the kids were small so they were accustomed to working. Summers during college years were always work time and they had jobs lined up before school was out. They were excellent teens and fine men, and NO, I am not prejudice, it's just the way they are. God really blessed us with those 2.

I saw this cartoon as well ans had to smile! I was one of those weird children who loved to work and couldn't wait for summer because it meant being able to work more hours.
Well, I don't have any pics of the fish I caught yesterday, but was fun. Got into a bed of Shellcrackers and bluegill and it was a blast. My dad and I caught 30 to 35 all total. We just thru them back as we caught them. I was using a lightweight rig that REALLY made it fun to fight them. Those shellcrackers really have some fight. Most were a tad under a pound. Not huge bream, but nice eating size. I guess about 24 oz is about as big a bream as I've caught, so 14 to 15 oz is a good size. Only caught a couple of very small bass, so I said forget the bass and went with the crickets and the bream. Ready for some more fishin' May your fish catching be fruitful in the coming days. my summer is going well.. it had a great start in the bahamas.. but i definitely miss it there and wish i could have stayed... what about you, how is your summer going?
HAHA! Thanks for the suggestion... I would NEVER run for congress though!! Besides... my thinking isn't corrupt enough.
