P.S. You make a good point about the breast reduction...using actual tissue for implants does sound a lot more natural, but then again, you'd have to match up blood type, and the patient wouldn't have the option of really removing the implant as easy later on. They should still try it on some willing participant though!
ryc: I suppose my post was referring mostly towards first generation immigrants who come to Australia and never bother to learn the language because they transition themselves so seamlessly into their own communities. Having said that, there are also plenty of uni students who come here to study but still don't know a single word of English because their entire classes are run in Chinese, for instance!
