I was reading the News which I shouldn't have because I AM taking a Break from un-needed stress BUT...

I have been asked lately about our state of debt & been asked advice. The kicker was an opinion on NY, that was Rather Bleak.

My story is simple: we after 16years have very little debt, around 50t which is 99.9% the mortgage on our house.

How did we do that... we lived within our REAL Means, not always  easy but do-able. Look for the stars if in a hurry.

I am an American Citizen & I am under no delusion, I know that I am one small voice in the dark,but speak I shall or burst.

Before the election news everywhere you looked you saw something to do with immigrations.

Yesterday I saw something on the news on how illegal aliens, are causing, the Youth of our Nation to go without summer jobs.

This caused me to 'speak' to the TV something I never do...

      You see I know the borders need better protection,  it is quite scary how a clever enemy could get into TX or Ca. Our enemy is not a desperate people coming over the border for work. The man in the news finally admitted after being questioned, that Today's Youth would not even seek the kind of jobs these people accept. It is no different in adult field jobs either. So where's the Taking?

The taking comes from the Governmental body that charges over $2,000 for a Mexican citizen to even get a green card. These desperate families make less than a 10 yr old mowing 1 yard a week, how can they ever afford $2,000? So what do they do?

They imagine a country where abundance is everywhere, they imagine that just over the canyon is a new & better life for their family. So they decide to try, they decide to work here until they can save enough to go back & come back legally.

     I hear people complaining about Hispanics like they were not worthy to be immigrants... it gives me de ja vu. There was a time not too long ago when people treated Irish & many other immigrants this way. It just Smacks of Rebellious Pride. If this isn't enough, Hitler began his plans based on the fact that they blamed Jews for being too Smart & taking all their Jobs.

    I am not saying there are not issues, I do struggle with our Government not helping but yet they pay health care for the illegal... & when they do commit a crime they are not deported. Where is the governmental connections so they would be able to put illegal criminals here into prisons in their home country?

    I think we need to realize they are not taking your jobs, because when was the last time you went to get a day job harvesting at a farm, or digging ditches as day work?

I know there are factories that are taking advantage of this but that isn't the people, it is the company. What you are really seeing is ruling countries hungry for everything at a "Good" Price. The next time you buy a $5 dollar shirt or a $20 wood chair then you are supporting the cycle...It is the law of supply & demand.

Did you know that the reason police don't make more bust on illegal aliens is because they know whole town economies would Crash if they did; I have had policemen tell me this themselves.

So what is Your Real Problem with illegal immigrants?

The Illegal part?

The fact that are not white, black, etc?

The fact that they keeping kids from starving?

Because they dig ditches when you won't?

If so, maybe it's Pride.

Personally: I am 1/2 American-Indian (Cherokee) & I came out pale with red hair. I remember shop owners refusing my mom, saying "let the little girl you are baby sitting pay for it."  I was 3, the first time I remember this; It burned into my Brain.

I see both sides because people Think I am White, I hear what you say, when you don't know.

It isn't all Whites! There are lovely & Hateful people of all colors... looking white I have had black older ladies treat me like I was nothing, but that's not the norm either.

I guess the Biggest Question is: When Did they Remove The New Colossus From the Statue of Liberty?
