The activities by Campus Crusade For Christ talked about sexuality yesterday night.

There are three meanings in Hebrew for love. These three are Friendships, Commitment and sexuality. Those are all given by God. Although people tend to view sexuality as bad but it's given by God. Sexuality is gifted by God so is extremely spiritual. God wants us to get the most from it. In order to do so, we should have the three flames I menioned before. Friendship, we should know each other very well; Commitment, we should be married and Sexuality, well, we should enjoy. If we all have these all there elements, sexuality brings more benefits than harm, or it will go the other way.

I read the Bible today. It is so cool.

In 1 Corinthians 10:13 says that No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it.

In verse 23 it says that "Everything is permissible"---but not everything is beneficial. "Everything is permissible"---but not everything is constructive. Nobody should seek his own good, but the good of others.

Today is Valantine's Day,

I will present you "the most excellent way" in the Bible (1 Corinthians 13)

It's Love

"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, itt is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trust, always hopes, always perseverse.

Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, there will cease; where there are tongues, there will be stilled; where there are knowledge, it will pass away. For we know in part and we prophesy in part, bu where perfection comes, the imperfect disappears. When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put childish ways behind me. Now we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.

And now these are three remain: faith, hope, and love. But the greatest of these is love."

Have a Happy Valantine's Day and I hope your Valantine's Days have a good ending.

If God exists He would make himself clearly known to me.

He has not made Himself clearly known to me.

Therefore God does not exist.

If God exists, then literalistic fundamental Christianity would integrate seamlessly with all natural science.

Literalistic, fundamental Christianity does not integrate seamlessly with all natural science.

Therefore God does not exist.

If God exists there would be convincing proofs of His existence.

There are no convincing proofs of His existence.

Therefore God does not exist.

If God exists in the real world there would be a coherent definition of Him.

There is no coherent definition of God.

Therefore God does not exist outside the human mind.

Thx for posting the comment.

I am very interested in your opinions. There are actually some of the things I wonder sometimes.

I can only say the most fundamental beliefs of Christianity: Everyone sins, and the penalty is death. God loves us so God sent his own son Jesus Christ to bear all our sins, "once and for all". He died and was risen from the dead. The message is about love. LOVE, I repeat is LOVE.

About your first point, God may not make know to you personally but He has made known to lots of others. The Bible says that you can find Him if you seek Him.

About your second point, I don't understand why "fundamental Christianity does not integrate seamlessly with all natural science." However, the most important point of the Bible is LOVE. There are lots of the point the does not make sense in the Bible. For example, God created the world in seven days while the world cannot be created in seven days scientifically. However, there are lots of parables in the Bible and the main idea is not the parables themselves, but it's the meanings conveyed.

About your third point, "convincing proofs of His existence." I agree. However, I think it's harder to prove God does not exist. More importantly, there is something that cannot be proven in logical sense. There is something that is beyoud human's knowledge to understand. There is similar to the ants' perception. Ants only have two dimensions. They will never understand a three dimention world although ants are actually living in a three dimentional world.

You mentions that " there is no coherent definition of God, therefor God does not exist". First point, there are so many things on earth that lack a coherentt definition. Something varies from culture to culture. For example, looking directly into an elder's eye is considered disrespectful in Thailand but now in the U.S. Second point, if God exist eternally and is all powerful. Can ignorant men define God? However, I think a more coherence characteristic of God throughout the Bible is LOVE.

Please post more. I am very interested in your view points. May God bless you.
