Children's Day cum Hari Raya Celebration @ Jamiyah Kindergrarten

Today, 10 Oct 2008, 10 am....i did a gig at Jamiyah Kindergarten celebrating Children's Day & Hari Raya.. The kids couldnt' wait for the balloons to be realeased to them at the end of the celebration. I wasn't allowed to giveaway the kids cos the teachers didn't want the kids to run around with balloons.... I'm lucky that the teachers were there to handle those BOYS... oh boy... they were really BOYS!!! I salute those teachers that have much much much patience handling those BOYS!... :) overal I was pleased with the whole performance. They have good activities that involved parents and students as well... Great job!!! ohh and the food ..POTLUCK! from parents were really NICE...!!! ...Here are some pics that i managed to shoot ....

Celebrating B'day @ Jamiyah Kindergarten

Today we celebrated my 4 yr old kid's b'day at her school. She suggested y don't i make balloons for all her classmate on her b'day. So my thought was ...premake balloons and pass to all her classmate. I called the principal to ask permission if i can pass the balloons and the goodie bags to the kids. She suggested..y don't i just make them in the class so the kids will have a fun time watching and learning at the same time. So.. there i was today making balloons at her music room. The kids' were happy, the teachers' were delighted..and the principal... was amazed how many different kind of balloons i can make... :) :) ..and she would love to book me for their upcoming event :) I was overwhelmed with the news... I really had a fun time today..not that i've made my kid and her classmate happy... but I was proud of myself that I've been this far. Wish me luck on my journey to success in balloon twisting. Learning never stop... learning to perfection is my vision....

Language of Love Family Bonding Camp

My today's gig at Fort Canning Park was very very very tiring.. my fingers and hands and my back really hurts after 3 hr... Managed to shoot pics for the 1st hr...then my digicam battery went flat.. haizzz... so many good pictures would have been with all nice creations :) By the end of almost 4 hr.. yes.. it's stretched to almost 4 hr.. I was a bit dizzy... imagine no water no food since morning.. but overall.. i was happy to be able to make kids smile. After looking at some pics .. I'm really delighted to see all the happy kids.

Crazy About Roses

U people know how crazy i am abt balloons flowers.. have a trial on these roses.. aren't they lovely..? I can say it was a bit challenging doing the roses... just need to be extra careful not to pop any of the petals ...I'm very pleased with the results and also i did not pop of deflate any of the balloons... But my mission to do another roses which i saw in facebook still hanging.. i wonder wonder wonder..hopefully i 'll get to do soon... Oh wish me luck for my tommorow's gig .

My Balloons...

Have stocked up my balloons for my this Sun 3-hr gig... Bought some clear balloons and had a go on Fairies... and other stuffs... I'm delighted that my digicam had been serviced and ready to take lots of shots this Sun.. but who's gonna shoot ..? thinking..thinking..thinking... here are some balloons i made earlier... Ohh.. i tried a Parody of Peter Pan... having TinkerBell accompanying him :)
