I know... I've been MIA. I am back to working full time. It sucks. Corey is getting such a personality of his own. He is to cute. He smiles ALL the time.
It is amazing watchning how much and how fast he is growing.
I finally completed Corey's room. I like it. I think I did pretty good.

What the fuck was I thinking? I am not capable of raising a child. Especially one with so many problems. With a family history like mine, this child has no chance at a normal life. My dad and BJ were both mentally delayed. My dad and my mom, as well as many of my uncles, have heart problems. I was in and out of foster homes. What the hell do I know of providing a stable life for Corey. He already has a tough time breathing and now he has been diagnosed with heart problems. Maybe my mom was right and I am being unfair to this baby. Maybe I should have given him up for adoption. I love him so much though. As all of this is going through my mind, I sit here holding him and cry. All I know for sure at the moment is that I can't continue on with him and the dog.

Two weeks old today
Wow, It has already been two weeks. It is amazing. He had his two week checkup yesterday. He is already up to 9lbs. The doctor told he is doing great. I love when they say that. It reassures me that I am doing everything I need to for him.
He smiles in his sleep a lot.

This is a little girl I baby-sit. She decided it was time for Corey to have his pacifier and his bottle. It was really cute watching her try to take care of him.
Time for more feeding.
Corey has already had his first beach day.
He is just like me. He can sleep anywhere. Right now he is passed out in his car seat.

I need a nap...lol
This is going to be a really quick entry. I just got hime to sleep, so I want to take a nap before he wakes for dinner.
He has had another doctor's appointment. He is up to 8 lbs 6 ozs. He is going to be my little chuncky man.
It's okay though. He will still be perfect to me. It is amazing how much of me I see in him. I look at him and I remember mine and my brother's hospital pictures. He has brown hair and brown eyes. People have told me that you won't know a babies true eye color until they are a few months old.
Well, I will try to add more to this later. Thank you for all of your comments.
