| Sleep.....Last night was the best night of sleep I've gotten in a week! No nightmares, no tossing and turning, no raging thoughts...... just sweet sleep. Ahhhh.............

| Day SevenLast day! It's good to be done - although I've enjoyed all the comments! Maybe I'll post more often just to get those. It's like getting a letter in the mail....only different!
I love Sunday mornings. Drinking coffee. Quiet house. It's chilly outside, so I'm wrapped in a blanket. Neil and I are going to church later. The rest of my day has no agenda, maybe dishes, maybe laundry, maybe painting my nails.

| Day FiveLast night I slept with the cats. Well, not literally. Well, sometimes literally.
So I'm housesitting. And they have four cats. "Let me say that again." They have four cats. (Now I sound like Senator Biden! hahahahhaha)
One jumped up on me in the middle of the night - scared me to death! After putting it out and shutting the bedroom door, I don't think I slept really well for the rest of the night. I kept dreaming weird things, and then horrible things, like both of my brothers died and we buried them in the pasture and had no memorial service. It was awful!
I saw 3:00am. I saw 4:05am. I saw 4:30am. I saw 4:45am when my alarm went off. Then I fell asleep between 5-minute snoozes and finally got up at 5:15am! Yuck!
The "fundamental difference" (another Biden quote!) between me and other people is that I don't like pets in the house!
So who watched the debate last night? I did!

| Day FourI know I'm a day off, but....
Lately I've been back on my poetry kick! I finally finished my last Billy Collins book, Picnic, Lightning. I'll be forever grateful to April for introducing me to this poet! He's amazing. And every time I read his poems, he inspires me to write my own. Right now they're all collected in a book titled "Embarrassingly Sappy Poetry".... not for the wide eyes of xanga! But it has been fun to add some culture to my life - there's something so refined about saying that you write poetry. : )
School is going well. I was observed today - it took me by surprise, but I managed to come across looking professional and knowledgeable and got a really good review! Yea!
Kristen and Mom are off to North Carolina for 5 days. While they're gone, I get to drive Kristen's amazing car! I'm way excited for the weekend!
