• This and That and some odds and ends

  First an announcement:

  MyFencedYard

  Shop launch scheduled for August 1st, be there or be square...if you don't know about my shop....take a look here. I have been burning the candle at both ends, trying to get things buttoned up and in order, and it looks like I am gonna be there and on time.  There will be some hand-totes, embroidered kitchen items, and some unexpected delightful fabric art (and that is all I am going to say, you will just have to be there to see.) 

   

  I was looking forward to a quiet week at home, and the funny thing is, this week so far has been anything but!  I have had some need-to-attend-to business for our home/finances errands and then getting our only auto fixed/repaired....just busy-ness.  Grrr..., I don't know who said it, but I love the quote:

  "Life is what happens when you are busy making plans"....it is too true for this Momma.

  Donovan, is leaving tomorrow for a weeks stay with my folks over in Eastern Oregon, he is looking forward to that, and I must get him all packed up.

  I just recieved via Amazon...this book:

   

  

   

  Will & Abi, both love this story, and have seen several different versions of the movie, so I thought I would start reading it to them.  It is filled with wonderful illustrations, and I was so excited to see it arrive!  I wish now, that I didn't have my YoungLife meeting tonight, that way I could begin reading it to them tonight!  Well, I guess I could before I leave...read a little bit.  Will identifies with Toad of Toad Hall, I believe and delights in all of his reckless antics!  

   

  So, other than those highlights, there has been all sorts of different things going on, but truly...I will save you the yawns!  Hope you are having a blessed week!  May God be your guide through out your day!
