As I watch the All-Star Game and the American League is kicking some serious National League butt, I figure I might as well give a quick update. I say quick cause I can't type so well...in fact I can't type with my right hand at all right now, it hurts too much. Why, you ask? Well, I either sprained my wrist or I have tendonitis. The doc couldn't make a determination one way or the other yet. If it still hurts in two weeks I go back and probably have tendonitis. For now I have a wrist splint/brace to immobilize my wrist. This will make work veeery interesting. Anyway, let's all hope and pray that it's just a sprain. Now I'm done cause typing frustrates me.... later

Hey everyone, I have a big favor to ask of you all. I really need you to pray for my friend Chris Way and his family. Chris was in the ICU today, and just recently got out. He's still in the hospital for brain injuries... he got mugged last night and was hit on the head with a lead bat/pipe 5 or 6 times. He's doing a lot better already, but if you could still pray for him it would mean a lot to me. Thanks
