The Embassy Suites at 4444 Havana St. in Denver hired me to shoot the set-up of a wedding at their venue. The event manager told me they never had "real professional" photos of their venue so its been really hard for her to try and sell the place to brides-to-be. It seemed kind of hard to believe since the hotel is so beautiful, but alas....it is true....a picture speaks a thousand words... As soon as I walked into the hotel I noticed the peaceful calming effect of the whole environment with its large assortment of plant life (with real plants - unlike most hotels), beautiful water fountains, and the huge sky lights on the high ceilings let in an abundance of natural light. They also have a huge ballroom, a honeymoon suite, and can provide all your food (even the cake). By the way, I was treated to lunch and the food is amazing! The staff here is also very helpful and super nice, so if you're looking for a unique place for your wedding you should really check out this place! There are so many great heights and angles to shoot a ceremony in the garden atrium that I'm really hoping to have the opportunity to shoot a wedding here soon. And until then, I've decided to host a Contest for a FREE Engagement Photo Session to help show off the beauty of the Embassy. So if you're interested send me an e-mail at: nicolemarieroche@gmail.com and I will add you to the contestants lists. Make sure to include:
1) Your name, e-mail, and mailing address
2) Your wedding date and location
3) What you love the most about your fiance (just for fun)I will be picking a winner in October, so stay tuned!
UPDATE - I've decided that instead of a contest with 1 winner I'm going to provide free engagement sessions on Sept.28th from 10am-3pm for the first 5 registries!!
