I'm in such a good mood...
My audition for
The Promise went really well. It just all depends now on what they want. If they want a musical theatre actress with experience singing, dancing, and acting...I'm the girl. If they want a churchy, put together, youth minister's wife type girl...not so much. But I did my best...he seemed to be enjoying it. They cut me off halfway through my song...told me not to "ACT" when I read my lines, made me take my shoes off...asked me if I'm comfortable riding on a donkey. Heehee...it would be really fun. We'll see.
Then I went by Artisan to see and talk to some people. I don't do Annie Get Your Gun again till next Thursday (June 14th). That's a long time!
I also sang the the National Anthem at opening day for the
Colleyville Lone Stars on Wednesday. I'm pretty sure it was on the radio...but I'm not sure which station. It was fun, as well.
So many shows to do! I love it! Time to go relax a bit...
