 talked to the l.p. as I left today about all the standing around in the department and not working today and she said it would be handled in a meeting tomorrow morning.  would be nice if this could actually help but it never does.  i don't know how many meetings they think will fix the issue.  maybe actually sending them to other departments or doing some type of disciplinary actions might get the point across but i doubt that is going to happen.  it just sucks being the one that is trying to work while others stand around and take turns holding the registers up with their asses.

some people will see that you are really doing the work of 4 or 5... ones that like to stand around and talk when I worked at rasco tempo...they evedentually got their papers...then they would look at me and make snide remarks...but they could all they wanted I still had my job...lol...and that is all I could find for right now as I am bone tired and you are correct it is a ladle...lol...my neice is 21 and don't know what it is...my husband is like "Mikie"...he will eat anything...lol...so when she comes up for kitchen basics 101 he will be her guini pig...lol...she was amazed that there was a different way to cook mac and cheese and it involved the oven...lol...she is young and she can be trained...am tired...have a good one...smile
