  • Whats in my Package?

Remember for a moment this week,  that some of us aren't as lucky as others. I was asked earlier this week to give to a charity on a street. I prefer to start charity at home rather than through some agency,  who to be honest I trust as far as I can throw them.

Take a moment to start charity at home,  don't give money to a homeless person.  Give them the gift of a hot cup of tea or coffee. Even a blanket if youve got an old one. Its sometimes too easy to forget that charities don't take care of everyone.

If there's someone elderly that you know,  make sure they've enough money to pay for their heating.  OR even better,  go rub they're aging feet till their cosy. Old people invariably have plenty of tins of cookies and mince pies.

For a moment stop what you're doing and listen to yourself.  Its as important that you enjoy christmas as it is to give enjoyment to others.

    Buy misletoe...    use it

I'm so tired,  I need a rest,  its been a heavy year...  but one I know was worth it. I haven't time in the evenings to do all I want,  to visit everyone I should...  to write all the cards I need to.  To finish shopping.  The lists go on and on.  I'm sure its something repeated all over the world tonight.

The Cris Kindle gifts hastily purchased from some dodgy foreign market.  The turkey lying half stuffed in a soup of its own giblets. People staring aimlessly into ovens  wondering will it pooff or flop...

Others I'm sure are coming back from booz sessions with the office mates.  Shinannagan and gossip.  Stories of photo copiers and the girls from marketing.

People wearing red  and cream.. jumpers... wooly hats and festive ties. Those damn christmas songs all over the radio.  Strange outdoor lighting arrangements.

Being alone.... or being in love....  its one or the other really.

My thoughts change to the evening that it is tonight.  I'm relaxed... but shattered,  I drilled through a solid foot of concrete this evening.

I pause for a coffee,   its 2:41am  but I'm not in work tomorrow.

If you have the pleasure of owning a lflat screen its probbly best to tilt the screen to see the effect on this photo.

Tilt it right back,  or lie on the floor.

It myself and Mr. Christian (aka Mr. Vanhandebergerberger)

Apart from the obvious "blue steel" pose (see ref: Movie -  Zoolander)  it was a good night. I needed  a night out like the flowers need the rain.

The coffe has taken hold,  but its more of an uncomfortable awakedness than a motivation of words. I've said it before and I'll say it again though.  Coffee makes you more productive especially coupled with frustration.

    Mystery

Mr. Damo dropped over the other evening, carrying what can only be called a head wrecking gift. He arrived much like santa,  undid his jacket fashioning an appealing off the shoulder number.  Then proceeded out to his car where he stumbled momentarily to remove a large "wrapped" object from his car.

The reason I say object is cause I still haven't opened nor guessed correctly what might lurk inside this package.

Its heavy, Urn Shaped... almost...  it feels like extraction fan tubing on the sides.... it has a square base and square top,  although I think this is more packaging.

    Can you guess

    .....Please Help....

I have forbidden myself to prod anymore
