@emerald_grace9 - you know very little of what I think about America, I've been here many times, stayed for months at a time... But I can't blame you for thinking as you do, some people call it America bashing, but I call it informative criticism and I know I do it quite alot.
Some times, issues are so important, and so ignored, that finger poking is required, thats all I've done
The majority of americans I've met over the years have always been nice.
Its a pity that some just get offended, rather than realise the whole world is watching... I'm sickened by the lies, I don't mean to be rude.

Are you gonna be there long enough for the California primaries? If you could vote. Who would you vote for? How would you choose? Have you followed the candidate race at all?
Ackk, I remember that 24 hours of travel to get home, feeling we'd been pummeled to death....we were told coming back would be easier than the trip over b/c the time difference would work FOR us but that wasn't our experience, we were dead on our feet. Next time I'm definitely paying for one of those 180-degree totally flat seats on United.
Enjoy your trip...the weather should be nice...it was in the mid-sixties (F) at Christmas...a big improvement from where we'd come (New Jersey) where it was around 30 (F)...
