"When you was a baby and you needed it, I spanked ya. When you was a toddler, I paddled ya! When you was a young 'un, I switched ya! And I can still do it, Pearl! 'Sides, the target's a heap bigger today." ~Granny, the Beverly Hillbillies, threatens her grown daughter.

I finished my story, and am now waiting for Tim to edit it. Captain Russell fought off an enemy ship. (From the hostile town of Asine, the one that he had sack five years before. The governor decided to end the menace once and for all.) As the other ship drew away, they fired a parting shot which snapped the mainmast, which fell and grazed the poor captain. Given the size of it, being grazed is no joke! "He only barely felt a searing sensation of pain. Then blackness took him." The poor captain. But he did get the girl.

We puttered around, Mama and Daddy got the stone for our waterfall, Melissa bought cherries, Tim got new tires....Nothing much.

Definately the Little Rascals! We used to own the entire set! I think we loved the old silent films the best.
