Emily's walloping big birthday bash was yesterday. We had a treasure hunt, a pinata, lots of delectable food, far too much dessert, and plenty of good company. Melissa's Seven Layer Dip is marvelous. I'd forgotten exactly how good it is!

The treasure hunt was lots of fun. Our "guide" was none other than Crocodile Dundee. With a pair of white shorts and a fedora, Tim looked really good. His Australian accent was a riot. He informed us that after many dangers and troubles, he had succeeded in procuring two corners of two different map. On the back of our corner was a riddle. After sending several little kids to ask Tim which way north was, we found the second piece. We ended up with two maps, one of them torn into four parts, and a bag with pencils, water guns, and bubbles. It was fun.

I'm kicking around a new story idea. Several things are being considered to be tossed into the final thing, but nothing very definate as yet. More when I've started writing.TTFN!
