I hope Eddie won't mind if I tell his story for him. This tickled me. It's so . . . Campbell.

Campbell Admissions Counselor: Eddie? Congratulations, I'm calling to let you know you've been awarded our highest Presidential Scholarship.

Eddie: Um . . . I take it I've been accepted?

Nick: Uh . . . yeah, I guess I was supposed to tell you that first.

That reminds *me* of last winter, when I was waiting for stuff back from colleges... I got this thing from Wabash saying I was a finalist for one of their merit scholarship before I got the notice I had been admitted.... yeah.

...and it reminds me of when a university called and said that they really wanted me to come start a Teaching as an English program at their school because of my SAT score.  (This was before I had received my SAT score in the mail, so I had no idea what it was...)
