Well Spring Break was not bad just wish it was longer it went by too fast but then again this semester is going by fast which is a good thing!! So I'm sure everyone is getting back into the swing of things now like me.

I applied for a job at First Financial Bank today and I did a 10-key test and I think I did pretty good I finished in a minute and 47 seconds and I asked if that was good and the lady was all, "it's under 2." So whether that's good or bad I don't know. So I'm praying that I'll get called for an interview...I need a job!

Yeah and I got my first credit card on Monday. Every place I applied for a credit card has denied me because I have no credit. My car payment is in my dad's name so I get lower interest but it doesn't help me with my credit. So my mom called her credit card place and applied for a card with me because my parents have really good credit and I waited and I got it and a $10,000 credit line WOW...but I can't spend that much my parents don't pay my bills. DARN!

Haha so yeah along with Spring Break ending, on Sunday I started getting sick. Today has been the worst and my voice sounds horrible. I'm taking medicine and hoping it goes away soon. And I can't be sick because I'm attempting to go to every class and chapel (have to do that) from here on out because I can tell that missing even one class lower my grade(s).

I'm so ready to go home though. I miss my family so much and my niece is growing so fast and I adore her. 53 days! And my song for this entry is Billy Dean's - Let Them Be Little...it's such a great song and so perfect for my niece and soon my nephew, Austin ~ 5-8-05!!

Well Valentine's Day was really nice for the first time ever. I had a boyfriend but I still believe the whole holiday could be done away with. It's the holiday that you realize you don't have anyone for all the people that don't which I had been one of them up til this year which it didn't matter it was just an excuse to go out somewhere nice and buy some stuff for you significant other (i.e. husband, wife, boyfriend, girlfriend) or maybe just your friends or family. Oh well.

So we went to Olive Garden about 6ish. Got there and the lady said it'd be about an hour and 30 minute wait so we were like okay. So we did some stuff, went to the mall returned the NY Yankees hat I bought for Justin and they didn't have any his size in the whole mall that sucked...cuz it was like a tease. Oh well I'll get it for him another time. But I'm glad cuz he liked the shoes I bought him and I got him a bracelet but I haven't gotten it. It's gonna look goooood tho! And wow he looked really good last night, hehe!

So yeah on our way back to Olive Garden we were at Southwest Drive and Clack I believe and a car accident happened right in front of us. I was in a car accident in September 2003 and it just brough back memories and I keep thinking about like all last night and today. I feel so bad for the old lady, the truck that hit her might have just barely run a red light but I don't know for sure. Luckily, there was an off-duty cop there and he directed traffic. So we got back to Olive Garden and they had already called our name awhile before and it had only been 45 minutes. We got seated right away and it was so quick. I think they were really prepared and probably made loads of money! So afterwards we went and saw Hitch. Such a funny movie oh my gosh!! Yep that's about it. I bought my parents flowers because they're hard to buy for and they don't really like things and gift cards are the best things for them but I couldn't really do that sorta but my mom loved the flowers don't know what my dad thought but yeah I was glad. I also got to talk to Kasey a lil bit today it was so nice cuz she said a lot more than just hi. Awwww I miss her!

Suns won last night and woohoo that made my day today! Next game is against Dallas in Phoenix and then the next time they play Dallas is here on the 26th and I get to go...so excited although I don't really like the idea of being at an away game. Oh well.

So I did okay in most of my classes on all of my tests. I got a B in biology and that was so nice cuz there was only 1 A and 4 B's and like 10 C's and 9 D's and 7 F's or something like that I don't remember the numbers for C's-F's oh well but that made me happy cuz I was sitting there worried that I got another D or F. So I'm trying not to slack anymore and hopefully I can keep my A-B average.

I have some of the greatest people around me here and I thank God for blessing me and giving me the greatest parent's that have given me the opportunity and encouraged me to come here. I know it's hard for them because they'd rather me be there but they're so supportive. There's some really great people here some of which I've already met, Brittney Frederick on the second week of school just introduced herself to me and then the next week gave me this really nice card and said she was praying for me and if I needed anything. I've never been anywhere not even my church back home. Sarah is another girl. The other night she heard me crying as I was walking to go take a shower and she asked if I was alright and I just said yeah and kept going. I felt bad because I was short with her and she left a little note and some banana bread by my door. It was really sweet and I felt kind of bad and wrote her a note back and left it on her door. And she wrote me back the next day telling me how last semester some girls made a card for her and she put it up on her door for me to read. I'm just realizing how nice people are. They care for you even though they don't even know you. I'm not used to that and it really amazes me. Some girl I don't even know her name is Jeanie Q. left me a little envelope with some candy saying Happy Valentine's Day. That was really nice of her. She said she was "my neighbor" sooo I don't know but wow I love being around these kind of people. I'm so used to the people at my church back home that were so cliquish and mean and stuck up that I just really never expected this.

Hey there! Well this week has been okay. I realized I'm not doing so good in most of my classes and that I need to stop slacking. Like I started slacking the day I got here and that's BAAAAD!!! And my slacking is showing! So I guess I'm getting my stuff together after seeing all my grades on my tests.

This week has been good. I finally got all the stuff I ordered. I ordered CoreSecrets it's an exercise ball and videos. I'm so pumped to start doing it and then I'm gonna go to Curves, too. Which I LOVE!! I feel so good after working out...need to do it more tho!

I bought a vacuum today. Like for the past 2 weeks I've been trying to vacuum my room. Like sometimes I couldn't find the vacuum. The first time I was gonna vacuum my room, I found it and picked it up and three pieces fell off I was like ooookay. So my r.a. let me use her's. Very nice. And then the next time I was gonna use it, it wouldn't turn on. I plugged it in, turned the dial, looked for buttons...NOTHING!!! Today I went to find it, found it, and one piece fell off. I was like that's it...I'm buying my own it's only like $40 and it'll be nice cuz my floor is so dirty and muddy and gross and I'm a pretty clean person and I can't live like that for that long. So yeah I got back to my room tonight after having dinner with Justin and going to K-Mart and stuff and I had a note on my keyboard to "make sure to vacuum my floor." TOLD YOU JUSTIN!!! Yeah I knew I needed to do it and I was trying!! Haha oh well it's all good now!

Monday is Valentine's Day! I'm so excited because this is the first year I've had a boyfriend and I love him so much. It's gonna be a great night. I have Folk Dancing but I'm gonna go watch this group perform instead. We're gonna go to dinner and see Hitch...it's gonna be awesome! I got my mom some flowers for Valentine's Day...well her and my dad because I'm so thankful for them, I love 'em and I miss 'em and I wanted to do something special for them and my parents don't really like when people buy them things because they're hard to buy for. Like gift certificates and cards are great to them. So yeah my mom got me the best cookies ever...Cheryl & Co. I haven't gotten 'em yet but she told me she was getting me something and I automatically guessed it. I'm excited!! I got my sister and Kasey a card and a little stuffed puppy. It's cute, they won't get it on Valentine's day tho! Welp I think I've typed tooooo much and I need to get goin! Wish me luck on my test grade in Biology hehe!
