Been sick all week - really poopy.  And I'm still sick.  Hopefully this week will be better.  But I have a chem test Tuesday that I don't understand ANYTHING on.  Pray for me. 

I sub tomorrow and Tuesday - Tuesday we are going to the movies to see Polar Express!!  This will be my first experience as being a teacher on a field trip.  I'm starting to understand why teachers were all stressed on field trip days.  It's scary!!!

Tuesday will be the best day of the whole year - Elf is coming out on DVD.  I will be able to watch it over and over again a million bijillion times.  That movie rocks my world.  Jenna knows what I'm talking about.  Happiness for Katie!!  I'm sure I'll be watching it Tuesday afternoon while I'm trying to study.  Then I'll get to chem, and all I will be able to think of is "Buddy the Elf, what's your favorite color?"

I have boys playing Goober in my basement right now.  It's 10:45 on a Sunday night.  Loverly. 

Okay, here's where I plug for my best friend and her band.  Emily's band More than Likely is playing at the Blue Note in Columbia (totally a big deal) on December 9th.  And Emily, I will do everything in my power to be there.  Like, I'm going to put it on my calendar NOW.  And I won't get sick.

I made chili TWICE this weekend.  And it was yummy b/c I'm a good cook.  And I cleaned my house top to bottom.  Seriously.  Those of you who know my house will realize what an amazing occurence this is.  You should come see it while it's clean - it may never happen again.  I even cleaned the kitchen twice today - after every time I messed it up!!  Wow, so this is what it's like to be a grown-up!
