The phone rings startling me out of my concentration. It is DH calling to see how I am doing today.
"I am fine, how r u?"
He sighs, "I miss you."
"Come visit me" I laugh and hold my breath. I love seeing my family when I normally would not.
"Hmmm, maybe. Let me finish what I am doing and see how much time is left" We say good by and I go about my business.
I am at work and its not only a long day its my long week. By the time my work week is done I will have put in four 12 hour days. Those are hard on me. My exhaustion levels are way up and I get easily grumpy. DH calls me and says we will be there in about an hour. I sigh, that is an hour ealier than I normally go.
DH calls and he is here! Here to visit me! He has taken the time out of his day to make he trip to my job to visit me. My excitement is evident as I walk to the door. He is here and has brought my 2 DD's. Everyone is very excited to see mom. I take my DD's thru my work as DH drives the van around back.
I love how people just have to stop and look when they see beautiful children walking through the halls. Yes I know my girls are beautiful girls and I am so proud of them. "Are they twins?"
"No they are not. They are 19 months apart" I hear that so many times a day if we are out and about. The girls are the same size. The older one is small for her age and the younger is big. They are healthy beautiful girls.
We have a good lunch, a too short lunch. This has been a welcome break in my day. I am sad to leave them and return to work.

My sister has 2 girls that are 10 months apart (...yeah) and the youngest one is going to surpass her sister, if she hasn't already. She hasn't started walking yet, but once she does, the oldest better look out!

I have 2 older boys 18 months apart and they are the same size so I expected it with the girls.
I need a sense of humor I am at work and gotta make to 7 pm.....
