| | In hopes of shedding a few pounds (particularly before spending New Years Eve in Cancun), Andrew had the bright idea to start the Fat Smash diet. No, he didn't make it up - it's the diet written by Dr Ian Smith, of Celebrity Fit Club fame.
The first nine days are hell. It's the "detox" period. We can only eat fruits and veggies, brown rice, yogurt, and drink water or herbal tea. It's only our second day...I'm so hungry (even though the diet has us eat 5 times a day), and I have a caffeine-withdrawal headache. Couple those with the fact that I started working out in the mornings again - so I'm tired and sore, too.
Needless to say, I'm hating this diet a little right now. We get to weigh again on the morning of the 10th day - so hopefully I'll change my mind by then. WIsh us luck!
